Seive all purpose flour and salt together
Now mix in chilled butter and rub gently till it achieves bread crumbs texture
Now add little water and prepare dough.
Wrap in cling wrap and refrigerate it overnight.
Roll the dough with inch thickness and spread in tartpan
Blind bake it with weights on 200c in a preheated oven for 20 minutes
Remove weights and bake for another 10 minutes
Let it cool
For pistachio mousse :
Blend pistschio and castor sugar till a fine powder is formed
Set aside
In a microwave safe bowl melt the white chocolate chips
In a double boiler pour in the egg and sugar and whisk it vigorously till the mixture doubles in size and becomes rich and fluffy
Take it off the heat and let it cool for 4-5 minutes.
Now add in melted white chocolate, pistachio powder, cheese and condensed milk
Whisk it well and pour the mousse in tarts
Let it set for 4-5 hours
Garnish with strawberries and slivered pistachios
